It is important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Hotel Policies on items such as Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no show the day of the arrival, a charge will be applied to the credit card that guarantees the reservation for one night with observed rate plus taxes, subject to the local daily exchange rate of the day.
SMOKING
Our staff can show you the areas where it will not affect other guests.
FAMILY AND CHILDREN

CHECK IN/out TIMEs
Standard check in is by 11 am and check out by 1pm. Check in/out times are also flexible to accommodate individual guest schedules. Any special circumstances should communicated in advance whenever possible.
cancellations/changes
The deposit is transferrable and can be applied to future dates.
Bar drinks included
Basic bar drinks are included. Local beer, wine, rum etc.
Meal Times
Chef Olvin works with each guest on meal timing and tour schedules. Dinner is customarily at 6:30pm
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after dates of travel in order to enter Honduras
Travelers must make sure they do not need specific visas to enter Honduras depending on country of Nationality.
The chef cooks all meals to order
